Problem with change state in task

Hi, I have encountered this problem when I decide to change the status of a task within the form. In practice, clicking on the flag does not open the menu, I have attached screenshots.

That means you do not have permission to close the Task. You have three options:

You will need someone with full access to the Task to close the Task for you.
You can add yourself (or have an Admin add you) to the Task's Department with an appropriate Role set with permissions that allow you to close the Task.
Have someone with access to the Task assign the Task to you or one of your Teams.
