Hello Folks!
I'm running osticket on RHEL8.
I'm trying to set up ldap authentication plugin, but cannot seem to find the configuration page for it. when i click the plugin, it only goes to a landing page to turn it on or off.
I seem to be missing something, but what? Am I in the wrong spot? Or am I missing something else?
Any help would be appreciated!
