Forgive me as I am not versed with OS ticket, I took over a department who uses this for their ticketing system and the admin who built this has left the company.
OSTicket Version - 1.16.3
Apache Linux 2.4.51
PHP version 8.0.10
Agent and Staff side
LDAP is configured for login.
When I am on the agent side, I can find their user under Agent Panel>Users but no information is displayed. I cannot delete their user, nor modify access. When I attempt to select their user I get a "This page isnt working right now" message.
User can sign into agent side but not create a ticket from agent side. User cannot sign into staff side to create a ticket. When attempting to sign in the user gets a "This page is not working right now message.
Any help on where to look to resolve this would be much appreciated,
