Hello.
Recently y upgraded to 1.17.3 and since then I'm having issues to log into osTicket every time my IP changes. No problems when logging out an in manually.
After IP change I write my username and password and I always get redirected to the login dialog with message "authentication required".
Then I delete the cookie of my osTicket url in Chrome configuration and try again. This time I get an invalid CSRF token message and when retrying I finally get logged in.
Revising system messages in administrator panel I can see that my initial tries to login, those with message "authentication required", have been logged with "Agent session start" (Inicio de sesión de agente), as if the login has been successful, so perhaps it's just a redirection problem.
I don't have installed no additional autentication plugins.
Is this a known issue? Can anyone help me to figure out how to solve this problem?
