When we answer a ticket or send an email they always arrive with strange characters: e.g.

DEAR MONICA,

Is it possible to filter this characters them before sending or what may be happening?

    Please post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information. Also, do you have SMTP properly configured in osTicket?
