Hi,

I got osTicket 1.17.3 installed and the language pack for 1.17.3, however not everything is being translated. (see screenshots).


The red mark next to the translation pack says the maker cant be verified, even though I downloaded it from the osticket page.

The situation stays the same on a fresh installation of osTicket with a redownloaded language pack.

Is there a place where I can contribute to the translations or can I edit a file to fix this?

    Ty, I have translated every piece of untranslated text I found. Also some of the English words were Dutch in a previous version of osTicket + lang pack.

    And some parts that aren't translated in the Dutch language pack have been translated 9 years ago already in Crowdin. They are properly translated so how can I request for them to be approved?

        You can create a message in Crowdin asking for the Dutch Proofreaders to review translations. If you get no traction you can suggest translations, let us know, we can review them, and then see about making you a Proofreader (no guarantee).
