Hello, whenever I try to login with an account I put in osticket with the authentication method "Microsoft" which has the same username as the account in my Azure AD, my azure audit logs say the login is sucessful. However it redirects me to the base osticket page where you get the options to login, the guide says I should see myself be logged in at the right top there, but it does not.

I'm at my wits end, I've reinstalled osticket, iis and php multiple times. I don't get any php or osticket system errors. I never used Oauth2, but from my extensive research on the forum here I'm 99% sure my oauth config is correct.

Is there anyone who could help me? Thank you.

    I fixed it, curl wasnt enabled in php and didnt have an SSL cert pointed to it. That fixed it. Oauth2 SSO now works, but I still have another issue, its better if I make a new forum post about that though and I will.

      It sounds like your Attributes are incorrect. Review MS documentation on how to find the appropriate attributes. Also, I would use email address attribute as the User Identifier.
