I want to reply many tickets at once with the same answer, but I don't want to merge them. If there is a general issue for example, I want to bulk answer the same text to all them "We're fixing the problem. Please be patient". But I want that each ticket be separated. Is that possible in v1.15? Is possible in any new version? Thanks

    This is not possible in any version of osTicket. You have to Reply to each Ticket individually. You are more than welcome to customize the code to your liking however.

    Would be this feature welcome in a GitHub pull request? Or is an unwanted feature for osticket?

      It would require deep debate as that can open up spam possibilities, etc. but also because we have a separate feature in mind that might take over this. So for now search the issues on GitHub to see if this has been requested before; if not create a feature request.
