Good afternoon. There was such a problem: it is not clear how notifications about a new ticket are processed. The notification can come in 5 minutes, in 30 minutes, in 50 minutes. When you log in to your personal account, the notification of a new ticket (if any) comes immediately. How and what to set up to be stable? So that within 2 minutes, if there is a new ticket, a notification would immediately go.
