I have set all the parameters for using certified mail in OsTicket but I can't send mail with port 465.
I've reviewed all the answer in this forum, but didn't fix it.
Can you give me some advice? Thank you very much
Your issue might be "Microsoft and Google are phasing out Basic Authentication (username + password) for Modern Authentication (OAuth2)"
Also, your version of osTicket is old and should be upgraded to the current version.
