Dropdown shows up behind comments below

Dropdown for comment actions in a ticket will be blocked by a comment below if the desired comment to perform an action on is not long enough. I tested on Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera GX, and Brave. with all of them having this issue.

This seems to happen in my instance also... but I dont have any 1 line responses to look at.
This looks like a bug that you would want to report at github.
