Hey I am struggling with this config...

I would like to have some agent-only fields that would be not show up in the ticket form when the end-user is filling it it. But once the form has been submitted, the field would viewable by the end-user on the ticket page...

Is this possible at all??

    Not at this time, no. But hopefully something we can look at with v2.0 with new granular permissions.

    I was wondering, is there a way perhaps via injected CSS to hide that specific field? I see that each field have some attributed ID but it all seems to be re-genarated for each end-users...

      It's encoded based on the session to prevent people from guessing field names. You can try but it'd be near impossible if relying on ID.
