I am trying to add a collaborator to my message. When I write his name, it appears in the list (meaning he is already a user), but nothing happens when I click.

    You are using an old and unsupported version of osTicket. You will need to upgrade to one of the latest versions (v1.16.6 or v1.17.3) and retest.
