Cant Delete Tickets or set E-Mail settings

Hallo zusammen,

i have installed version 1.17.3 on my Cloudpanel-Server. Everything worked fine too, except for showing the question mark boxes during installation, they were just white....

now when I want to delete the default ticket this strange window is displayed.

(even without the German language package or other plugins) Also when I want to change the email settings. This error is also displayed in the Chrome Console

Apache or NGINX? Please post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information.

Unfortunately, I have not saved my login data correctly? How can I reset my PW? The reset link does not work. Plain text PW in DB does not work either.

I use NGINX

osTicket does not work with web server NGINX out of the box, some settings you need to change
Have you tested with PHP 8.1? I see on your screenshot using 8.2, which I believe is still not supported

To reset your admin password: update Your NewPassword and User Name to your setup
UPDATE ost_staff SET passwd = MD5( 'newpassword' ) WHERE username = 'username';

Yea your issue is NGINX. You need to look at older threads on this Forum that explain the appropriate NGINX rules to use.
