On osTicket v1.15.2 is there any way to automatically download all the tickets existing in the system also with the files attached?

    For including attachments and thread entries you will need to Print each Ticket (which will download a folder including a PDF of the Ticket + Thread and another folder including all attachments). This has to be done one Ticket at a time. Other than that you can modify the code to your liking.

        And I don't suppose there is a modality to download all attachments there are into that ticket? Or do you need to manually open them and download and save them?
