Hello, I would like to add a new template_variable with the following content:
E.g. it would be 'called avg_response_time' and should display the response_time based on the last tickets.
So if someone opens a new ticket the auto_reply would include something like:
Based on your last reply the actual response time will be about %{response.time} hours/days.
I guess it should be kinda easy because we already have this information on the dashboard page.
