As I posted in this thread: http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14416&highlight=forward(http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14416&highlight=forward), I have implemented a mod, which can forward or redirect emails out of OSTicket to third party email addresses. The mod is using the multilanguage mod (http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13731(http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13731)). Though, it probably needs to be modified if you are not using the multilanguage mod. The package also includes language files to german.
Attention: since the upload filesize limit is pretty low here, I have split the complete mod into two packages: one containing the PHP files, the other with the language files. Also, I have packed the language file archive as tar.bz2. Please note, that you will need to extract the language files twice (first extraction from zip to bz2, than extract bz2).
