New to osticket here and must use it for my job I'm stuck installing the program for two days on my Synology server
To install osTicket you'll need a LAMP (or WAMP or WIMP) with the minimum requirements. I haven't done this on a NAS, but according to Synology's doc, you would use their Virtual Machine Manager to setup a full operating system on the NAS.
Synology has a version of osTicket that you can install in their app store last I checked (its been a while). They alter the product to work in their environment. You would probably be better off setting up a VM or another machine to run it off rather then rely on their version.
