After the installation of this latest revision, we are experiecing some freezing and high latency issues.
A lot of times, after few minutes, the situation going to normal.
But a couple of times, i firced shutting down of the machine frome Azure main portal
Below you can see high usage compared to the normal from the azure monitoring

Please note that during the time of the peaks, no email incoming, or other activities, osticket logs looks normal with no warnings or issues
VM is Standard B2s (2 virtual CPU, 4 GiB memory)

    Most likely queue count slowness. You can upgrade and optimize MySQL or look for the queue count patch in previous threads on this forum.

    This doesn't really tell us much. What OS? What else is running on the VM?

    Yesterday evening we have updated OS and optimize MySQL, we will see if the situation improve.
    About other questions, we are using Ubuntu 18.04 and VM it is dedicated to osTicket.

      You also have 10 GB of data (9.3 GB of attachments) which can definitely cause performance issues with MySQL. You should look into storing the attachments on the filesystem or S3 via the plugins.
