office 365 token expiring on osticket

I connected office 365 to osticket
my app expires in 2 years but osticket shows its expired
how can I fix that
email fetches are stopping

Did you set it up roughly a month ago? If so this is a known bug that will be addressed in the next release.

In the meantime you can re-submit the popup (in an incognito window), login as the email, get a new Token, and all should be good.

We do not go to 3rd party sites for images. You can upload images directly to your posts in this Forum.

Also, it doesn’t matter what you set the expiration to; the bug is the Refresh Token isn’t updated. You can read earlier posts on this Forum for a more detailed explanation if desired. All you need to do is re-submit the email authentication config popup and retrieve a new token. Once you upgrade (in the coming days/weeks) to the new release the bug will be addressed and you should be good moving forward.
