I am facing an issue with configuring email in os Ticket I am using osTicket v1.17.2 for helpdesk. When i am trying to configure email osTicket, system supports only legacy option so i have downloaded the auth2 plugin and installed. Also have followed the instruction in the documentation (https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/OAuth2/Microsoft%20Authorization%20Guide.html) . in the last step when i submit the the configuration form I am getting a 404 error. I have checked in azure back-end authentication is successful so this is some other issue with osTicket. Also i have seen a post in community forum that this is an issue with url re-writing could you please help me with some more information on this. my osTicket version is mentioned below for your reference osTicket Version v1.17.2 (8fbc7ee) — Up to date Web Server Software nginx/1.22.1 MySQL Version 5.7.32 PHP Version 8.1.14

You are using NGINX which is not supported out of the box and requires you manually adding rewrite rules to your NGINX config. There are older threads on this that explain the rules to use.

+1 I have the same problem with the mail unit, but using basic authentication.
Just hitting a 535 error, where everything worked perfectly before the upgrade.
