Has anyone come across and error not being able to add a new agent and all tabs on the existing agent being inactive

No we are not using a language pack
Then you’ll have to review your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

I have the same issue with one of my instance
KevinTheJedi I shared the screenshot which has the single language pack, also this server has 6 instances of OSticket running the same version, I'll review the logs to see it there is anything suspicious

Cant select ldap here even with the plugin installed and configured
Actually i´m getting the 3 instances the noticeable difference is with LDAP Authentication and Lookup 0.6.2 is working 0.6.3 is giving issues, Error below PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Non-static method LdapConfig::translate() cannot be called statically in phar://D:/wamp64/www/BusinessSup/include/plugins/auth-ldap.phar/authentication.php:432 Stack trace: #0 D:\wamp64\www\BusinessSup\include\staff\staff.inc.php(157): StaffLDAPAuthentication->getName()
Issue resolved, I´ve just downloaded and overwritten the LDAP Authentication and Lookup Plugin to version 0.6.2 to fix the issue.
I'm not sure where you would have gotten a version 0.6.3 of Authentication :: LDAP and Active Directory. Both the download page and github only have 0.6.2.
Found it strange, but that's the version that was listed in the GUI, Unfortunately i didn't screenshot it.
