Outgoing (SMTP) error: Unable to connect via TLS and MIME emails when responding

Hi!
I upgraded to the latest version a while ago and it's been working fine, but suddenly all the responses from OsTicket went out with an error: "This is a message in Mime Format. If you see this, your mail reader does not support this format.". It literally happens with every email that we try to respond from OsTicket, so it does not matter if ig goes to an outlook account, gmail or whatever.

I tried to refresh the configuration but when i try to save the configuration to Outgoing (SMTP), it gives me this error: "Unable to connect via TLS", the emails are coming in fine, it's just the responses that go out with the MIME error.

What can it be?

The MIME error is due to SMTP failing so it’s using Sendmail on the webserver (likely not configured) as a last resort. There could be many different reasons for the TLS error. What Authentication do you have configured for the Remote Mailbox tab? If it’s OAuth2 then click Config and check if the Token is expired. If so, login to the helpdesk in an incognito window, submit the OAuth2 config popup, login as the email, and get a new token.
