Hi!
I upgraded to the latest version a while ago and it's been working fine, but suddenly all the responses from OsTicket went out with an error: "This is a message in Mime Format. If you see this, your mail reader does not support this format.". It literally happens with every email that we try to respond from OsTicket, so it does not matter if ig goes to an outlook account, gmail or whatever.
I tried to refresh the configuration but when i try to save the configuration to Outgoing (SMTP), it gives me this error: "Unable to connect via TLS", the emails are coming in fine, it's just the responses that go out with the MIME error.
What can it be?
