I upgraded OsTicket to v1.17.2 and included the Oauth2 plugin.
We are on a Windows server with MySQL Workbench.
After the upgrade we have a number of user accounts that seem to have become corrupt.
When hovering over the account it shows a blank box.
When the user sends an email to the email associated with the OsTicket system it just sits in the email box and doesn't get fetched into the ticket system.
Any suggestions?
