Hi All!
We noticed that our OSTicket v1.17.2 (8fbc7ee) is not receiving or appearing any replies in the OS Ticket System from the requesters or collaborators if they reply to the email that they received after we acknowledged their ticket.
The context of the issue is that the requester reply to us(to the email that has been set up to the OSTicket) by 7: 52 AM requesting to disregard his/her first request after we acknowledged his/her request by 7:45 AM.
The acknowledgment response was sent to the requester via OSTicket and it was received in his/her email inbox but his/her response to the email which was supposed to be dumped to the OSTicket is not appearing at all in the OSTicket System.
