Sending a text message to my support email opens a ticket, but the text included in the message is stripped from the ticket. I've attached screenshots below (one in this message, the other in the second post due to upload limits).
The first screenshot shows what my cell provider actually sends when you text to email. It's an image composed of many small bits with the text displayed in the middle.
The second screenshot shows what is displayed in the tickets management console.
Is this a problem of my cell provider using a silly image-based system, or is it a limitation of osTicket? It's important that my users are able to text to open a ticket.
