Hi there,
we sometimes use the osticket system to open a ticket via email by ourself as it-support staff.
E.g if i receive a request via email from a user to my personal email address,
in the next step i forward this email to the osticket system and it creates a new ticket. (this works fine).
But within the new created ticket as standard my email address will be used as user / email at the new created ticket.
So we have to manually change user / email and iam looking for possibility to send some variable in my forwarded email
to set the origin sender as user / email not my one.
Is there some way so set up this?
