when creating tickets with APIs this error caused
[15-Feb-2023 16:42:20 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot declare class TicketApiController, because the name is already in use in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\osticket\osTicket-v1.12.5\upload\include\api.tickets.php on line 6

and the ticket worked well when hashed this line in class.email.php

Please upgrade to the latest release and retest before posting issues. This issue has already been addressed in subsequent releases.
