Hi,
We need to customize OSTicket to manage a research project in which agents
are 'researchers' and another minor charges. The script has to be hosted in a Debian dedicated server. Do you have any suggestions on where we can get coders to help us with this task?

    The code is open-source allowing you to modify the codebase to your liking. With this being said you are responsible for the changes and any side effects. If you are unable to modify the codebase yourself you'll have to find someone who can. This is a community supported forum for issues, bugs, etc. for the core code and plugins. You are not allowed solicit jobs or anything on this forum so you will need to go to another site to look for such help.
