Impossible to connect to exchange server

Hi,

I'm currently setuping a osticket server for my entreprise, but I'm stuck at the remote mailbox configuration part.

When i tried to connect on my exchange server with legacy method, osticket says that "host doesn't allow connection". But i did configure the connector in my exchange server and my zabbix server with basic authentication for example works well.

Osticket server displays almost immediately after my click, looks like he's not even trying to connect.

OSTicket version : v1.17.2 (8fbc7ee)
Exchange version : 2016 (on premise)

PS 2 : My apache2 logs do not show anything special (except for an HTML POST request)
