Microsoft oAuth2 email setup - returning to homepage/no token tab

Hello,
We are having some issues setting up Microsoft oAuth2 and after going through the guide many times, along with reading the forums still stumped. Hoping for some insight or suggestions!

See below our osTicket setup, azure permissions, token & request pages. The issue is upon getting consent granted in Azure, we are redirected to the login page, ex: http://localhost: PORT/ , whereas the documentation says you should stay on the same page (Screenshot 1 below) and get a green banner, along with a new "Token" tab (also missing).

We do not have the POP permission added, but we are setting up as IMAP/SMTP, not POP.

You are not supposed to request admin consent as it breaks the auth flow. You will need to have your global admin consent to the permissions or give tenant wide consent to the app via Enterprise Apps and then you should be able to bypass that screen. You will also need to remove the prompt option from the plugin before doing so.
