we currently trying to setup osTicket to authenticate users with keycloak and OAuth2, sadly without any success. All attempts lead us to the problem described here https://forum.osticket.com/d/101429-generic-oauth2-redirects-to-homepage-instead-of-logging-in - but nothing described there works for us.
Is there anybody out there successfully using osTicket and keycloak? And if yes, what platform/setup do you use? We’re currently playing around with Windows/IIS, but it’s possible to change to a Linux-setup, if there is any hope to getting things working.
You might want to post more about your environment (such as webserver, php version ,etc).
This is the first time I remember someone mentioning keycloak here on the forums, so it's not something that I am familiar with.
