I have successfully installed and configured osTicket v1.17.2 on my ubuntu server. But When I want to create departments, or add members, I am not able to add. A small blank pop up screen appears without any options. Please help me.

You will need to check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.
