Unable to create ticket from emails with Auto-Cron disabled

Hope someone can help, when auto-cron is enabled i am able to reterieve emails no problem when i am in teh agent panel...when i removeb auto-cron then nothing happens...no emails received at all..

i have checked everything possible but cant seem to get right..

tried running a bat file with the following but still nothing...

any help would be great

PHP 8.2 is not supported yet. Please use 8.1 or 8.0 and retest.

So i downloaded PHP 8.1 and started from scratch...everything has been setup as it should be, i believe but still when i remove autoCron i am not receiving emails when logged with support (Not receiving emails on the agent panel and not receiving an automatic ticket number and reponse etc...

When i enable "Fetch on autCron" then i get the emails logged with support and they are seen from the dashboard etc...but when removed "Fetch on AutoCron" i get nothing..
So logically we know that teh emails are setup and configured correctly but just seems to a problem somewhere else.

i have tried running my bat file but nothing...

All of those are warning with no relevancy. What user is the bat file running as? Can you change it to the webserver user and retest? Can you run the bat file manually to see if it's outputting any errors? Can you run the cron command without putting it in a bat file to see if it's an issue with the bat file itself?

Check the path to PHP in the .bat file and make sure that it is pointing to PHP 8.1 and not the old 8.2.

SO it is working now, seems like i made an error on the bat file , didnt put inverted comma's in the batch file command.

Thank goodness for ChatGPT for giving me some things to try and then boom it worked.
