User not able to login in the portal geeting below error

I'm using PHP - 8.1.6
OsTicket - 1.17

Environment details? (see Admin panel -> Dashboard -> Information)

Are you sure on the PHP version?
The only time that I have seen this previously was on older versions when running php 8.1.

Also you should really upgrade to 1.17.2.

Thanks for the reply.
I've upgraded to the latest version, but still user is not able to login.

Does the user have a lot of tickets?
If they dont have any you could delete the user and re-create and see if that helps.
Otherwise you will probably want to take a look at the users settings
Agent panel -> Users
Click on User
Click on Manage Account.
Look at things like User Information and Manage Access.
