Create Database

Hello Everyone

need help

Once i renamed the ost file and uploaded went to the wizard i got AN ERROR WHEN creating the database sholud i do this in my cpanel or does the app creates it alone

i mean dbname, user, ip, pswd

MySQL Hostname: ?

MySQL Database: ?

MySQL Username: ?

MySQL Password:

You create the database, The installer makes the tables.

The prefix allows sites to have many installs in a single database.. etc.

The username and password come from your configuration of the database. L

Grizly is correct.

You need to create the database, user, pass, and give the user permissions on the database. Once you have done that the installer can setup the tables for you.

Thank you very much for the answer I have already solve the issue, as you both said creating the database and user in my cpanel but now I don´t find how to edit my preferences can some help me please again

Database successfully created now i don´t remember the URL for customising the tickets

It depends on what you set it up as. Most likely it is httP://yourdomain.ext/scp(httP://yourdomain.ext/scp)
