Since updating to v 1.17.2 and setting up SSO with Microsoft azure we seem to have an issue where a ticket does not
log on the first attempt. I cant work out if it is because the user gets logged out while logging the ticket or if it fails to submit. If the user then retries to submit it generally as a rule submits the ticket successfully. The logs don't show an error of why the ticket hasn't logged. Any help would be greatly appreciated as people are starting to loose confidence in the system, which has worked well here for a wile.
