I hope this message finds you well. I am using osTicket for my customer support and I was wondering if there's a way to add auto collaborators to a ticket whenever a new ticket is created under a specific help topic.
For example, if a customer raises a ticket under the "Billing" help topic, I want certain team members to automatically be added as collaborators on the ticket.
Is there a built-in feature in osTicket or a plugin available that can achieve this? Any guidance or suggestions would be much appreciated.
