Hi All,
I've just installed osTicket but I've run into an annoyance: the default install directory is not mydomain.com/support, but rather mydomain.com/support/upload. Additionally, everything seems to be configured to use the /upload directory, so just moving the installation up a directory breaks the system (ie, a user can create a ticket successfully, but the links to check the status include /upload in the address).
I want my installation to be mydomain.com/support. How can I do this?
