Hello, I created the teams and added their email and assign teams to departments. Now they should login using active directory, once one of them is logged in they don't see himself in any team and they don't see any tickets, how to fix it please

Teams are not assigned to Departments. Teams are collections of Agents that explicitly can be cross Department. You do not need to use Teams if your Department access is identical.
