anyways I think there were some cookie issues, I just did the same thing and it was authenticated.
But now I have another issue.
When I create a new ticket it successfully sends an email to the "Default Mail" of the osticket system.
And when I reply to the ticket on the board it successfully sends the email to the new ticket creator as well.
But when the new ticket creator replies to the ticket using through the gmail then instead of the mail going to the "Default Mail" it goes to the "gmail with which I authenticated the smtp and imap servers". And the ticket system doesn't update with the reply too.
Whats have I done wrong ?
