Hello, osTicket V 1.17 here.
I have a situation where there is no notification where a ticket is reopned from status Resolved.
Is this supposed to be this way? Or am I missing something in the settings?

osTicket does not have and has never had notifications for status changes.
The exceptions to this are if you have the following thing enabled and a new message is logged to that ticket. User. Autoresponder New Message
Agent. Alerts and Notices New Message Alert
