Sorry, but there are some unclear thing. I have a new instllation of OSTicket version v1.17.2.
I would like to create a new API for osticket connector in Wordpress. I have created API. But I have all setup on https:// and all future guides works with http. Now connector doesn work, becaouse it also wants json file in api folder. In API folder of osTicket is nothling like json file. What kind of file or setup I should set to get it working?
1) in case I am using only https://
2) in case that there is nothing like json file in API folder.
I know that everybody here is expert and everything is so obvious and clear, but is here somebody willing to answer in more than in one or two words like speaking with baby? What to write where to get it working, please.
