I want to forward craigslist emails to osticket.
One user may apply to numerous posts.
I do not know the users real email, but I know their display firstname, lastname.
Is there a way to create new accounts automatically (not manually) as I get unique firstname lastname.
Also, I want to reply automatically to the first email. So if the user replys to many of my craigslist posts. I want the auto responder to only work with the first email they sent.
