Hello All.
Yesterday, I updated osTicket to version 1.17 because of Microsoft disabling simple authentication in email accounts.
I had to update php to version 8.
Since then, the cron job that runs every 5 minutes to fetch emails fails because it is still using my previous version of php
This is the system mail that I get when the cron job runs
Cron job is still using my old php version, so it is failing
I've tried to use crontab -e in my user account and in root account, but there are no cron jobs configured in either one.
Where can I edit this cron job so that I can change it to reflect the update of php?
