Upgrade Database

I am trying to upgrade from v1.15.8 to the current version or anything that will allow me to use Oauth2 The upgrade instructions say that anything over 1.6 requires a new database with a new schema. I have dumped the contents of my current database but cannot find any instructions on creating the new one. Can anyone please assist

1.6.x is ancient (released circa 2006-2008) so you are well past that. Follow the normal upgrade instructions.

To get OAuth2 you have to upgrade to v1.17.2. You can do so directly from 1.15.x.
