We have osTicket v1.16.3

Variables for files in Ticket Assignment Alert do not work. Agents receive a alert by mail, but they do not receive any attachments in it. Attachments are visible in the agents web interface.
We tried with %{ticket.thread.lastmessage.files} and %{ticket.thread.original.files}:

What we might be doing wrong?
