on ticket rising window, i need , a client only choose a product/issue and on the basis of that product/issue all the fields should be field automatically. please help me #ntozier

Click on Ticket Details
You can add any fields you want.

I have added the field but I want auto fill that field by the help of java function.

suppose if client purchase some service from me and want to raise the ticket for that service, so i want the client just have to choose the service on ticket raising window and all the information regarding that service auto-fill in the given fields

I don't think anyone here would actually do that for many reasons; mostly security reasons. You can adequately explain your issue here in this discussion if you seek assistance.

Also, in order to autofill information, etc. you will need to customize the code. As with any customizations, you are on your own.

You can go to the osTicket website, hover over Support, click Contact Us, and fill out the form to send the request. Once we receive the request we can provide you with the available support options.

I will say that we are currently not taking on any customization requests at this time so we can solely focus on v2.0 (full codebase rewrite).
