Hi all, I am one of the many Office 365 users using a version of OsTicket which does not support Modern Authentication. I am in the process of upgrading to the latest version of OsTicket but in the meantime, I need a workaround solution using an email service that does not require modern authentication. Here is what I am thinking of doing:
- Use Zoho Mail (free basic email service that supports modern authentication) to fetch all Osticket emails from Office 365
- Use Osticket to fetch all Osticket emails that are stored on Zoho Mail
I know how to do step 1, but I'm not sure how to do step 2 since Zoho Mail is basically an email client, and not sure if I should be using POP or IMAP, and also not sure if I can even connect to Zoho mail to fetch emails. Also not entirely sure if I can use the same email address for Office 365 and Zoho Mail.
Has anyone setup something similar? If so, can you please share you steps . thank you.
