Brand New, not a web guy

Hey all, I was hoping someone could give me a brief introduction as to how to set up OSTicket on a SBS 2011. I will get my hands on MySQL, in the mean time, I'm very fuzzy on how to setup IIS so that I can open the default script page and get all the installation scripts running.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Good luck chief, took a bit of fiddling for me last time, back in 07 I was trying to get Drupal 6 working with AD via IIS.. fun times.
